Brianza Plastica celebrates its 60th anniversary

Brianza Plastica celebrates this year the sixtieth anniversary of activity, simultaneously presenting a complete new range of products.

In 1962, Giuseppe Crippa created the Company and he is still its president. The efforts and knowledge of the founder, as well as his family and staff, have brought the Company into the international market and diversified polyester skins for the industrial, commercial and transportation sectors.

Extensive studies and research have led the company to launch new products on the market this year, the result of synergies between different chemical and technical departments, aimed at meeting the ever-increasing market demands for more efficient materials.

Nowadays, Brianza Plastica is one of the few companies worldwide which produces flat laminates using two production technologies: continuous hot laminating and discontinuous cold laminating.

All the products are entirely made in Italy in the Company’s five production sites.

Brianza Plastica produces Elyplan sheets and rolls in continuous in the headquarters of Carate Brianza, north of Milan; it manufactures Elycold fiberglass laminates in discontinuous in the two facilities of San Martino di Venezze (Rovigo) as well as Ostellato (Ferrara).

Even though Elycold and Elyplan ranges have specific peculiarities, they have the following common characteristics: they are light and waterproofing, hail and UV resistant, with a low thermal expansion coefficient, strong corrosion and high impact resistant.

Over the years, Brianza Plastica never stopped its production and constant research and implementation on products, expanding its range and finishes of flat and curved sheets and rolls, for a wide variety of applications in multiple fields, such as commercial and industrial sectors, as well as commercial vehicles (trucks and buses) and recreational vehicles (campers and caravans).
